  • How do I know which products are suitable for my skin type?
    Our product range is designed to be compatible with most skin types. If you find you have any irritation during use, or identify an allergy to any ingredient, please discontinue use.
  • Do you offer 'try before you buy' product samples?
    We sure do. You can buy a sample pack that contains 10 of our most popular products directly from our website here.
  • Can Everything Olive products replace my current skincare products? And can I mix and match?
    Yep, our range of products are designed to cover a full daily skincare routine. However, we would advise against combining with other non-natural products, as irritation could occur.
  • How long until I see results from using your products?
    If using daily, or twice daily, and following our suggested routine, your skin should look and feel more hydrated and glowing within a week.
  • How do I layer natural skincare products for maximum benefit?
    Water products before oil products. The water and emulsion (gel serum, face cream, cream cleanser) products have all of the goodness that we need to soak into your skin, and the oil product acts as a barrier to keep hydration in your skin.
  • Does your natural sunscreen provide adequate sun protection?
    Yep - it's rated SPF 50+ and is 40 mins water resistant too.
  • Do your products contain any synthetic fragrances or colours?
    No, only essential oils and natural colouring.
  • Do your products have a best before/expiry date?
    While our products do have best before dates, the products will still be suitable for use long after these dates providing they have been kept away from light and heat.
  • Do I need to exfoliate?
    We always recommend exfoliating once a week to remove dead skin cells and dirt.
  • Is Everything Olive Australian owned and made?
    Absolutely, 100%. Owned 100% by Mon, and made by Mon and Narelle.
  • Are all your products vegan?
    No, we use beeswax in some products. Check the ingredients list on each product page, or if in doubt, please send us a message and we'd be happy to clarify for you.
  • Are your products tested on animals?
    No. We do not test any of our products on animals.
  • What are the benefits of olive oil in skincare?
    Provides deep hydration Reduces inflammation Gently exfoliates Reduces the appearance of wrinkles and fine lines Reduces puffiness and swelling Helps soothe dry or irritated skin Protects from oxidative stress and premature aging
  • Organic vs natural – what’s the difference?
    An organic cosmetic is a product in which at least 95% of the natural ingredients are organically grown, without pesticides or chemical fertilisers and are not genetically modified. A natural product is an organically grown product that has been modified in some way to enhance it’s natural ability.
  • How are your ingredients sourced, and where from?
    We source all our ingrediendts from local and national reputable suppliers.
  • Are your packaging materials eco-friendly or recyclable?
    All our products are recyclable, and we’re working towards using bio packaging and refillable.
  • Do you offer free shipping / how much is shipping?

  • Do you ship internationally?
    We sure do! Orders placed on our Australian website, everythingolive.com.au, can be sent internationally for between AUD $20-$45 depending on your order value and location. For further information on international shipping, please contact monica@everythingolive.com.au.
  • What is your return policy?

  • Do you have a shopfront? / Where can I purchase your products?
    We're online only at this stage, but you never know what the future holds!
  • I am a store-owner or wholesaler – how do I become a stockist for your range?
    We love that you're interested in stocking our products! Please contact Monica directly on monica@everythingolive.com.au and she can give you all the details you'll need.
  • I have acne-prone skin. Do any of your products help with that?
    Acne prone skin should avoid oily or heavy products. Our gel serum, eye cream and face cream should be suitable, as well as the cleanser. Be careful not to strip too much moisture from the skin as this can actually cause acne, due to dehydration.
  • I have dark spots or hyperpigmentation. Do any of your products help with that?
    Yes the eye cream should help, with the active ingredient being Bakuchiol which deeply penetrates the skin to help lessen the appearance of dark spots or areas of hyperpigmentation, while it also firms, tightens and plumps the skin around the eyes. The gel serum should help as well, as hyaluronic acid is great good for hyper-pigmentation.
  • I have oily skin. Do any of your products help with that?
    Similar to acne-prone skin, oily skin our gel serum, eye cream and face cream should be suitable, as well as the cleanser. Be careful not to strip too much moisture from the skin though as this can also cause acne, due to dehydration.
  • I have dry skin. Do any of your products help with that?
    Yes, all of our products are formulated to add moisture back into your face, body feet and hands.
  • Can I use your skincare products if I have sensitive skin?
    Yes, our range are gentle enough to use on sensitive skin, but like anything, stop using if irritation occurs as people can react to the essential oils, or specific active ingredients.
  • Are you products safe for children and teenagers?
    We do have products suitable (and safe) for children and teenagers. Our Face Cream, Cleanser, lip balm, hand cream, foot cream contain fewer strong active ingredients so are less likely to upset the balance of their delicate skin.
  • Are your products safe to use during pregnancy and breastfeeding?
    Yes, our products are suitable for use during pregnancy and breastfeeding, but stop as always, stop use if irritation occurs.
  • How can I tell if I'm allergic to any ingredients?
    Simply test a small amount of the product on the inside of your elbow, leave for 24 hours, to see if a reaction occurs. If not, you’re good to go.
  • Uh oh, I’ve got irritation from the natural deodorant – why has that happened and what can I do?
    Bi Carb soda (baking soda), is the main active ingredient that stops (smelly) bacteria forming. However, this ingredientcan also increase the pH level of your skin which can lead to some redness and irritation. To lessen the likelihood of this happening, always remember to wipe it off at the end of the day. If irritation does occur, stop using it for a few days to allow your skin to rebalance. It should be safe to continue using again once settled, but remember to wipe off when you wash your face at night. Another option is to try our sensitive deodorant, which doesn't contain bi-carb.
