Hydrating Winter Skin Smoothie

Now that we're well into the midst of winter, your skin is probably starting to feel and look a bit dry.


As well as using your Everything Olive skincare (of course!) to keep your winter skin hydrated, it's important to nourish your insides too...


So, we have designed this "Winter Skin Smoothie" to give your skin a dose of vitamin C, omega 3 fats, protein, probiotics, collagen and fibre to not only promote detoxification, free radical balance and skin firmness, but to give it the added nourishment it needs this time of year.


Simply add all ingredients to a blender, and blend until smooth.


  • 1 cup coconut water

  • 1 cup organic berries of choice

  • 2 tbsp collagen powder (we love the Nutra Organic Collagen powders)

  • 1/2 of plain, full-fat yogurt (Activia or Vaalia are great for their probiotic content. Opt for coconut yoghurt if dairy free)

  • 1 tbsp flaxseeds

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1/2 tsp of cinnamon

  • 1 tbsp of nut butter

  • Tiny squeeze of honey or maple syrup to taste
